What Is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of sessions that take place over the course of 11 weeks, exploring the Christian faith over food, video, and honest conversation. It’s designed for anyone who’s curious, whether you’re new to church, returning after time away, or just asking big questions like “What is the meaning of life?”
Alpha isn’t just a program—it’s a space for connection, growth, and rediscovery. Whether you’re seeking answers or just a place to belong, Alpha meets you where you are, builds a stronger community, empowers honest questions and spiritual exploration, and strengthens our parish’s mission of welcome and renewal.
What’s Happening Now?
We’re launching a small Alpha pilot group this fall. This is a chance for our parish team to experience Alpha firsthand, refine our approach, and prepare to welcome more parishioners next spring/summer. We are starting with a Pilot Group of 20 people committed to exploring Alpha together, to prepare for the parish-wide Alpha planned for Spring/Summer 2026. Our goal is to build a welcoming, reproducible experience for future guests.
As we begin our Alpha pilot program this fall, we invite our parish community to join us in prayer. Please pray for the team preparing and leading Alpha, for the guests who will participate, and for the Holy Spirit to guide every conversation with grace and openness. May this pilot be a fruitful step toward welcoming more parishioners into deeper faith and fellowship next spring. Your prayers are a vital part of this journey. Thank you for walking with us.
